I didn't stumble into this work. I was pulled into it.

I was living in New York City, working in tech, carrying a demanding career and the weight of my own healing at the same time. I had been practicing yoga, meditation, and energy work for years, I could feel things shifting. But I didn't have a structure to make sense of it. So I built one.

I built it for people who grew up in cultures where this knowing was ordinary and then spent years in spaces that made them feel like it wasn't.
