I was living in New York City, working in tech, navigating a demanding career while also carrying the weight of my own healing. I had been practicing yoga, meditation, and energy work for years; I could feel things shifting in my body, in my relationships, in my life. But I didn't have a structure to make sense of it. So I built one.
I built this for people who have always sensed there is more beneath the surface of daily life.
