Refund policy

At SoulTara, we want you to be completely satisfied. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of you receiving your order, excluding sale items. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, including all original inserts and tags. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@soultara.co. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us right away at support@soultara.co with photographic proof of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Smudges
  • Palo santo
  • Aura sprays
  • Salt baths

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the item you have (following the return process outlined above). Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
