You can follow the guided flow or move intuitively — there is no right or wrong way to use Cosmic Starlight.
Asmi recommends the following ritual:
1. Create a cozy, calming space with blankets, candles, and soft lighting (page 1).
2. Begin with the Opening Invocation to ground your energy (page 2).
3. Move through one section at a time, taking breaks as needed.
4. End with the Closing Invocation to integrate your reflections (page 3).
This becomes a gentle, supportive ritual you’ll look forward to returning to again and again.
