Preparation & Intention:

1. Gather Your Tools: You'll need your Palo Santo stick, a fireproof bowl, shell, or dish (to catch any ash and rest the stick), and a lighter or candle flame. (A candle can be helpful as Palo Santo may take a moment to light).
2. Ventilate Your Space: Open a window or door before you begin. This allows for airflow and helps any cleared energy to disperse.
3. Set Your Intention (Recommended): Take a moment to focus on your purpose for using Palo Santo – perhaps to cleanse your space, uplift your mood, invite creativity, or simply enjoy its grounding scent.

Lighting & Use:

1. Light the Stick: Hold one end of the Palo Santo stick and light the very tip of the other end with your lighter or by holding it in a candle flame. It's often best to hold the stick at a slight downward angle (around 45 degrees) into the flame.
